Refund policy

Just as our made-to-order works are designed and made to delight you and your recipients, so does Beyond Merci’s policy. We are committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. Your happiness is our top priority. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient to your direct specifications.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order on www.beyondmerci.com or via telephone, your order is accepted by us. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Kindly review all information carefully, including delivery address, recipient details and messages. Please contact us immediately to correct any inaccurate information provided.

Change of Mind

It is okay to change your mind. We accept order cancellations made within 24 hours in advance, prior to the original delivery date. A full refund will be offered with a 15% admin fees deducted to cover refund and payment gateway costs.

All refunds will be made to your original mode of payment. Any other refund requests made will be reviewed at the discretion of Beyond Merci and we reserve the right to decline any refund request.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, customisation and made-to-order works, all purchases made from Beyond Merci are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If by any chance or circumstance you feel that you are not happy with the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date, providing details and where possible, photographs. We will do our very best to discuss a fair resolution to your concerns.

Beyond Merci Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund request and to change Refunds and Exchanges policy from time to time without prior notice.
