Mondays to Saturdays from 0830 to 1730.
Closed on Sundays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

Local Delivery

Beyond Merci mission is to make flowers accessible to everyone and to as many places as possible for your convenience. We engage third party courier service to delivery your orders. Local courier is available from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays. Delivery for special occasions, please refer to our web notice or Instagram announcement. 

Deliveries are offered in two time-slots; 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM or 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

We offer complimentary islandwide delivery for all purchases, including Sentosa Island. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo, army camps, off-shore islands, Singapore Prison, Lim Chu Kang and shipyards.

In the event that the recipient may not be contacted via mobile and delivery is unsuccessful, our couriers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. A re-delivery is chargeable at $25.

If delivery detail and address provided is incorrect or incomplete, our admin team will contact the buyer via mobile. In the event that the buyer and/or recipient may not be contacted, a re-delivery is chargeable at $25.

Self-Collection

To get your order faster, you are welcome to do a self-collection at no extra charges, at our studio located at 23 New Industrial Road, #05-06 Solstice Business Centre, Singapore 536209 from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, between 0830 to 1730. Please select Pickup option when checkout. We will send you an email confirmation and WhatsApp message with collection information and address.
